La Marchesa Bufala Mozzarella Cheese is made in an authentic Italian way - with rich buffalo milk. The name is derived from the Italian verb "mozzarella". This stretched, pulled, and moulded cheese has a mild, milky taste and a soft and chewy texture.
  • Eat it like the Italians do, in a Caprese salad with tomatoes and basil, melt it on pizza and crostinis or bake it into a lasagna - it's a little slice of Italy on your plate.
  • It should be consumed naturally raw alone or combined with any kind of vegetable.
  • To cook it, however, should be removed from the liquid and kept for a few hours in the fridge, so that it can separate from excess water, thus gaining the right consistency.
