A classic herb, indispensable in countless cuisines around the world. Parsley is, without a doubt, one of the best-known herbs in the Western world. It’s used almost everywhere in French and Italian recipes and it's also an essential ingredient in certain Moroccan recipes and in many Middle-Eastern countries. While parsley loses some of its aromas in drying, it’s still found in many fine herb blends or in bags of bouquet garni. It can be used profusely: in soups, sauces, omelettes, or salad dressings.
