Description
Dill is a herb most commonly associated with Northern and Western Europe. Dried dill has a fresh, herbal aroma that recalls parsley, fennel, and caraway. It has a less pronounced anise flavour than fresh dill. Dried Dill leaves are a great way to flavour salad dressings, egg dishes, and any kind of poultry, but really shine on fish and seafood. It’s the ideal herb for flavouring a dip made with yogurt or sour cream. Dried dill is also a great way to flavour soups, pickles, and vegetables of all sorts.
- Use as per taste or as directed in the various recipes. While using, always take a dry spoon to pour out the spices or just sprinkle them but an opening cap.
- Make sure that these spices are stored in a cool, and dry place. Keep away from sunshine.
- Dill is obtained directly from farmers after washing they are dried, dehydrated and then packed under controlled humidity and temperature.
