The Colomba is the sweet sign of spring - a traditional dove-shaped cake that is the distinctive Italian Easter Cake featuring a rich, soft dough with a slightly chewy texture. The Colomba is traditionally made with high-quality flour and farm-fresh eggs. The delicious artisanal Colomba Pandorata from Fiasconaro is without raisins and candied fruit, topped with icing and powdered sugar.

Soft wheat flour, almonds icing (15%) (sugar, fresh barn egg white, rice flour, almonds flour, starch modified, flavourings), butter, sugar, fresh barn eggs, fresh barn egg yolk, natural yeast (soft wheat flour), granulated sugar (3%), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla. Icing sugar bag (4%) (sugar, wheat starch, natural flavourings).
Keep in a cool and dry place, in the original packaging.
