Description
Prodotti Stella has been known for the outstanding quality of the products that it provides for gelato and pastry makers. Semi-finished products in powder not containing fats nor emulsifiers, but purely natural ingredients only studied for the preparation of base mixes for fruit gelato by both warm and cold processing. Its neutral flavour enhances the added flavours, particularly when using fresh and/or frozen fruit.
- Powdered product that you can combine with liquid ingredients and solid ingredients to produce a base mix.
- To get better results mix 50g of product, 220-240g of total sugar and 1 litre of pasteurized milk.
- The mix can be customised by adding further ingredients, for example, fresh cream, and powdered milk.
