The semi-processed powder creates a unique combination of the sweetness of caramelized milk and the strong character of salt in ice cream. The flavour was inspired by the tradition of French pastries. The two tastes of caramel and salt blend very well and may be emphasised differently depending on the ingredients used (e.g. addition of fresh cream).
