The product, stored in the original sealed container, in a cool and dry place, will keep its original features unchanged for at least 24 months since
the production date. The "best before" term is printed on each package.
290 g of product with one litre of whole milk. The mix can be customised by adding ingredients with no added sugar, such as replacing part of the milk with fresh cream. Cold processing: combine one bag of product with 2.5 litres of whole milk previously heated to 80-90 °C. Mix thoroughly, preferably with a mixer. Add any flavouring paste without added sugar. Mix. Allow to rest for 20-30 minutes. After whisking, it is advisable not to blast chill the ice-cream or leave it in the blast chiller for a long time.
