Description

Nduja is a type of spreadable sausage characterized by a soft and creamy texture. This Halal version is a mixture of veal meat, added to a mixture of salt, herbs and selected spices. This halal version adheres to Islamic dietary laws.
  • A blend of chili peppers and spices gives the nduja its signature heat and smoky flavour.
  • It has a soft, creamy texture that makes it easy to spread on bread or crackers, or stir into dishes.
