Description
Nduja is made using meat from various meat cuts, some clean skin and roasted Calabrian chilli peppers which gives nduja its characteristic fiery taste. These ingredients are minced together, stuffed in large sausage casings and smoked. This pack gives you the same Nduja in a jar - compact and full of flavour.
- Perfect for homemade pizza, added to sauces and served with slices of bread or ripe cheese.
- Its unique taste makes it suitable for a variety of dishes and gives the true authentic flavour of the Nduja.
- Naturally dried and cured for approximately 3 months, there are no added nitrates or preservatives.
