Description

Casinetto created a recipe to bring the authentic taste of the pasta ripiena to the Middle East tables. The stuffing with porcini mushrooms is full and carefully selected, and is enclosed between the pasta sheets with great care, to prevent opening during cooking.
  • The dough for the pastry is made only with free-range chicken eggs, flour and a pinch of semolina, without adding water.
  • Fast to prepare, just a few minutes in boiling water and it is ready.
  • Clean label, an authentic recipe that is carefully crafted to avoid breakage during cooking.

Filling (50%): Sautéed mushrooms 30% (Porcini mushroom 62 % (Boletus Edulis and Allies), onion, sunflower oil, parsley, salt, dried porcini mushroom (Boletus Edulis and allies), garlic, pepper), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, salt, natural yeast), water, Grana Padano PDO (milk, egg), skimmed milk, whey powder, lactose, potato flakes, sunflower oil, butter (milk), salt, dried porcini mushroom (Boletus Edulis and allies ), wheat fibre.

Pasta (50%): soft wheat flour, eggs 28.5%, durum wheat semolina. May contain traces of soy.
