About this product

Description

Stracciatella means “torn apart” in Italian. The delicious cheese is composed of stripes of mozzarella and cream, with a sweet and milky flavour. It is the filling of traditional Burrata.

Pasteurized cow’s milk, UHT cream (min. 35%) [cow’s milk cream, milk proteins, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids E471; lactic acid esters E472/b; stabilizers: Xanthan gum E415, carrageenan E407], whey starter culture, salt, microbial coagulant.

  • Consume within 24 hours after opening the packaging.
  • Do not refreeze.
