Description
Casinetto's Parmesan cheese 1/8 cut is carefully crafted thanks to an Italian recipe passed down for ages which includes a 12-month maturation process. Naturally low in lactose and produced from cow's milk, it is a great source of calcium. While it is good for eating as is, it is perfect for any type of cuisine, it is commonly grated over pasta dishes, stirred into soups and risotto.
