Casinetto's Parmesan cheese, made from an ancient Italian recipe with a 9-month maturation, is rich in calcium and low in lactose. Versatile for various cuisines, it's commonly grated on pasta or added to soups and risottos.

- Naturally low in lactose and free of carbs, it adds a delicate and pleasant flavour with a mildly salty taste.
