The premium aged apple vinegar is produced from farm-fresh apples from Italy. The fresh apples are crushed and juice is squeezed from them and then cooked. It's slowly aged in antique wooden barrels to create a thick and fruity profile, perfect for salads/marinades and for roasting meats and veggies.
