Description
Jelly paste of orange colour with melon smell and the flavour is a semi-finished product in paste characterised by an intense flavour and aroma, ideal for the preparation of Melon flavoured ice creams.
- To obtain good results use 80-100 g of product per litre of fruit base mix with water only or portion water and portion milk according to habits.
- In variable quantities as an addition to fresh or frozen melon.
Syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, melon, colours: E120, paprika extract, E160e; acidifier: citric acid; flavours, stabilizer: pectin; safflower
extract.
May contain SOYA, MILK, EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEW NUTS, PISTACHIOS AND PEANUTS.
