Description

Semi-finished product in paste, characterized by the presence of natural flavours only and the considerable content of coconut pulp. Ideal for preparing coconut-flavoured gelato, pure or in combination with fresh or frozen fruit.
  • It can also be used to prepare slushes and other pastry recipes.
  • 100 g of product per litre of base mix prepared with milk only or with milk and water.
Sugar, glucose syrup, dried coconut, water, natural flavours.
May contain SOYA, MILK, EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEW NUTS, PISTACHIOS AND PEANUTS.
