Description
Yellow-orange coloured jelly paste with typical pineapple flavour and aroma is a semi-finished product in paste, ensuring an excellent overrun, both in the production of Pineapple flavoured ice creams and sorbetti and to prepare granitas.
- To obtain good results use 80-100g of product per litre of base mix water or part water and part milk.
- In changeable dosing, as an addition to fresh or frozen fruit.
Syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, pineapple, acidifier: citric acid; flavours, stabilizer: pectin, safflower extract, colour: paprika extract.
May contain SOYA, MILK, EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEW NUTS, PISTACHIOS AND PEANUTS.
