Pastefrutta red-orange coloured paste is used to prepare ice creams and sorbetti with a sweet flavour and a smell characteristic of mandarin. It is a Prodotti
  • For better results use 170-200 g of product per litre of water base mix or water and milk base mix for creamier ice cream.
  • The product can be used pure and in changeable dosing to decorate and prepare granitas.
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, mandarin and orange juice, natural flavours, colours: E120, E160e, paprika extract; stabilizer: pectin; safflower
extract.
