Fresh treccia cow mozzarella from Murgella, a family business producing cheese in Italy since the 1960s, makes this mozzarella cheese from 100% fresh Apulian milk with no animal rennet. For this reason, the “Associazione Vegetariana Italiana” has officially certified it as a vegetarian product.
