Chicken (61%), Water, Flour (Wheat, Maize), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast, Spice [100], Spice Extracts [160c, 100], Dextrose), Canola Oil, Maize Starch, Salt, Spices (Celery), Spice Extracts, Raising Agent (500), Wheat Semolina, Egg Powder (Non-Free Range), Wheat Gluten, Thickeners (1420, 415, 1422), Sugar, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Emulsifying Salts (450, 451, 452, 500), Yeast Extract, Yeast, Maltodextrin (Maize).

Keep frozen at -18°C or below

Best cooked from frozen. Remove from packaging before cooking.

Oven: Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C for fan-forced) for 13-15 minutes or until cooked through For best results, use a baking rack to allow the tenders to cook evenly.

Air Fryer: Place the frozen chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and fry for 15-17 minutes at 160°C or until cooked through,

The tenders should be fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 76°C.

Cooking times may vary depending on your appliance.
