Light and fresh, Premium Cheesecake by Traiteur de Paris is composed of a crumble base delicately topped with a traditional cheesecake (cream cheese, sugar, egg, and lemon). This celebrated New York dessert has a creamy and unctuous texture. What’s more, its crunchy crumble base facilitates serving, and its well-planned portions help serve a quick dessert. The recipe is guaranteed free from artificial colouring, preservatives, or flavour enhancers..

  • A crumble base for easier handling
  • To be served as or decorated with fruit or coulis
  • Free from preservatives, flavour enhancers and colouring
  • Remove the plastic film and thaw out for 4 hours at +4°C
  • MILK, EGG, WHEAT, ALMOND
  • Produced in a facility also handling soya, fish, sesame, mustard, sulphites, celery, shellfish, molluscs, peanuts, lupine and other nuts.

Cream (dairy cream (milk), stabiliser: carrageenans), cream cheese 16,3% (cheese (milk), salt), wheat flour (gluten), sugar, whole egg, almond powder, brown sugar, butter (milk), water, lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice), modified potato starch, potato starch, cinnamon.

  • Store at -18°C. Never refreeze defrosted products.
  • Store for a maximum of 72 hours between 0 and +4°C after defrosting.
