Description
1kg Artisanal Panettone made without raisins and candied orange peel, covered with icing and granulated sugar. Each panettone is wrapped in vibrant paper by hand. Production takes many hours of leavening and this results in a high digestibility of the traditional panettone, thanks to the leavening process. A slow and gradual rising of 36 hours guarantees an excellent digestibility and fragrance to the Traditional Panettone that Fiasconaro makes with the utmost respect to Sicilian pastry traditions. The Panettone Pandorato by Fiasconaro is a true example of a typical Sicilian dessert.

Soft wheat flour, butter (from cow’s milk), sugar, almonds icing (11%) (sugar, egg white, rice flour, almonds flour, starch-modified, flavourings), eggs, egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat flour, yeast), granulated sugar (3%), honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla, flavourings. Icing sugar bag (4%) (sugar, wheat starch, flavourings). May contain pistachio, hazelnuts, soy, lupin and mustard.
- Keep in a cool (20 °C Max.) and dry place, in the original packaging.
- Warm your panettone if you like warm bread.
- This step is optional, but if you like warm bread, simply place the unwrapped panettone in your oven at 200 °F (93 °C) for 5-10 minutes.
