Description
Alce Nero “Fagotti” (crepes) are made with 100% Italian organic ingredients with no starches. “Fagotti” are not pre-fried. They are prepared with simple ingredients, such as tomato pulp from our farmers of Emilia Romagna region and extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted from olives grown by our 160 Italian olive growers in the Apulia region. They contain mozzarella cheese prepared with Italian milk, without the addition of other stringy cheeses, Alce Nero type 0 flour for the batter.
