Description
A soup rich in legumes, cereals and vegetables and low in fats, ready in a few minutes. Virtù di Zuppa Orogel with legumes and cereals is a classic recipe of the Italian tradition.
Cooking: Pour the frozen LEGUMES AND CEREAL SOUP in a large enough pot and add 250 ml of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Barley, wheat & celery. Produced in a facility that uses fava beans.
Legumes 28% (lentils, azuki red beans, white beans, borlotti beans, chickpeas, peas, cannellini beans, green beans), water, partially cooked cereals 16% (BARLEY, WHEAT spelt, water), potatoes, tomato puree, tomato, onion, carrots, CELERY, buckwheat, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic.
Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
