Description

It is a semi-finished product in the powder that is easy and quick to be used, meant to prepare fiordilatte flavoured gelati both in automatic express machines (“soft ice”) and in batch freezers. It ensures the end product with an intense fiordilatte flavour and in gelato processed by batch freezer a texture remains creamy over time. 
  • Gelat0 processed by soft ice machine is fresh, creamy and light, featuring full flavour and they are extremely easy to be processed.
  • Smooth powder with milk white colour and delicate milk smell and flavour.
