Callipo is a family that sources premium quality yellowfin tuna, they have been a leading producer of Mediterranean tuna. Yellowfin Tuna Chunks combined with the delicacy of lentils and the intense aroma of thyme for a product that brings the flavours of the Mediterranean to the table.
  • Lentils and tuna are a wonderful combination. This mixture also makes great stuffing for tomatoes.
  • Yellowfin Tuna is characterized by its tender, compact, light rose, relatively lean flesh because it has less than 1% fat. 
  • It does not contain skin, fishbones and scales
