Description

Delicious Yellowfin Tuna Chunks with GPI potatoes grown on the Sila upland, in Calabria, in combination with the fragrance of fresh rosemary are ideal for a fresh and easy dish. They are produced with selected raw materials, and totally processed in Italy.
  • Callipo Tuna Fillets are the only ones containing Iodized Salt Presal, which is “protected” as it is subject to a specific technological process maintaining iodine levels constant even after cooking and in food preparations and ensuring its assimilation.
  • Yellowfin Tuna is characterized by its tender, compact, light rose, relatively lean flesh because it has less than 1% fat. 
  • Produced, picked, and processed in Calabria, South of Italy.
