Gambero Rosso, or Sicilian Scarlet Prawns, from the heart of the Mediterranean, are renowned for their delicate texture and creamy flavour. Living deep along the seabed, these prawns are perfect for light, simple dishes, staying true to classic Italian culinary traditions.

Store at -18°C

Place the prawns in water between 15°C and 20°C for approximately 5 to 8 minutes. Then, place them on absorbent paper and gently pat them dry. Keep them chilled between 2°C and 4°C. Consume within 12 hours.
