Description
Sauce designed for variegating and filling, characterized by a good content of rice, puffed into the shape of a grain, remains soft and crunchy even at negative temperatures in ice creams and semifreddos.
- It can be used to fill various types of ice cream flavours (in particular, to fill and garnish semifreddos and frozen yogurt.
- Offers a gentle, sweet flavour combination of rice and milk, evoking a familiar, comforting taste.
- Ideal for swirls in ice cream, gelato, or sorbet, and can also be used in cakes, pastries, or yogurt for added flavour.
