Description

This canned, pureed pumpkin can be used as a base ingredient for countless sweet and savoury recipes, from soups to curries and classic pumpkin pies. The sauce is packaged in a tin plate can and subjected to appropriate thermal stabilization treatment.
  • Finely-chopped fresh pumpkin, cooked and ready to use. 
  • Gently flavoured with butter and without additives.
  • Delicious as a sauce for risotto and gnocchi, or as a filling for tortellini and savoury pastries.
