Wheat
Type 0 soft wheat flour, water, stone ground type 2 soft wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, durum wheat semolina, dried mother yeast (contains wheat), salt, yeast. May contain milk, soy, sesame, eggs and mustard.
Store at -18°C.
Thaw the focaccia in the chiller for 24 hours. The shelf life is 3 days post-thawing. Do not refreeze after thawing.
To prepare, bake at 260°C, adjusting the timing to suit the oven characteristics, typically around 4-7 minutes.
