Wheat (gluten), milk, eggs.

Water, wheat flour, fine butter (milk) 14%, raisins 13%, sugar, eggs, yeast, modified starch, whole milk powder, salt, wheat gluten, whey powder (milk), Stabilisers (calcium acetate, tetrasodium diphosphate, disodium phosphate), skimmed milk powder, carrot extract, turmeric extract, paprika extract, flour treatment agents (alpha-amylases, hemicellulases, ascorbic acid), natural flavouring. May contain traces of sesame seeds, soya, and nuts.

Store at a temperature of -18°C or below before using it. It is important to note that once the product is thawed, it should not be refrozen.

Tray Arrangement: Place 24 items on a tray measuring 600 x 400. 

Defrosting: Allow the tray to defrost for approximately 30-45 minutes at room temperature. 

Preheating: Preheat the oven to 190°C. 

Baking: Bake the tray of items in a ventilated oven for approximately 14-15 minutes at 165-170°C. Make sure to open the damper. 

Cooling: Once baked, let the tray cool and rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
