Wheat

Wheat flour 60%, water, salt, yeast, Wheat gluten, malted Wheat flour, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid). May contain traces of milk, sesame seeds, nuts, and eggs.

Store at -18°C or below before use. Once thawed, the item should not be refrozen.
  • Defrost the baguette for approximately 0-10 minutes at room temperature.
  • Preheat the oven to 230°C (446°F).
  • Bake in a ventilated oven for approximately 12-14 minutes at 190-200°C (374-392°F) with the damper closed.
  • After baking, allow the food to cool and rest on the tray for 15 minutes at room temperature.


For storage after baking, you can keep the food at ambient temperature for up to 48 hours for organoleptic reasons (flavour and texture). The maximum preservation time after baking is also 48 hours for food safety reasons.
