Description
If you enjoy cheese, you will love this blue cheese from Castello. Danish cheese with a subtle aroma of blue mould, nuts, marzipan, and a hint of sourdough is made in small open vats from fresh cow's milk and cream using traditional Danablu methods. As a last step, each cheese is graded before slicing and packaging to ensure the highest quality.
- Danish blue cheese (or Danablu cheese) is so unique that it has an official EU-protected geographical indication (PGI) status.
- The flavour combines sweet and bitter tastes with a velvety texture that will melt delightfully in the mouth.
