Description

Swiss cheese (53%), water, starch, emulsifiers (sodium phosphate, polyphosphate), table salt, spice extracts, and preservative (nisin).
Pour the contents into a "Caquelon" or a pan and melt the Fodue mix under constant stirring on a high heat setting. Transfer the "Caquelon" or pan to a burner or plate warmer and keep the Fodue at a slight boiling point throughout the meal. Fix bread cubes on your fork, dip in the Fondue and... enjoy the unique dish. Season to taste with pepper, nutmeg or paprika.
