Wheat, dairy & eggs

Dough 65%: Wheat Flour, water, a mix of vegetable oils (sunflower oil, cottonseed oil), salt, and dextrose.

Filling 35%: Mizithra (whey cheese) (pasteurised cow, goat, and sheep’s milk whey, salt), wheat semolina, cow’s cheese (pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacteria culture, calcium chloride), potato starch, salt, egg white powder, flavouring.)

Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Thaw till it is defrosted and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
