Sweeteners: maltitol, sorbitol, erythritol; food fibres, vegetal fibre (oligofructose), potato soluble fibre (alpha-cyclodextrin), stabilizer: tara gum;

The product, stored in the original sealed container, in a cool and dry place, will keep its original features unchanged for at least 24 months since
the production date. The "best before" term is printed on each package
350 g of product per kg of water and fruit. A high percentage of fruit is recommended (at least 40% pulp fruit and 25-30% citrus juice in the
finished product) to enhance the sorbet flavour and structure. Cold processing: combine one bag of product with water previously heated to 80
-90 °C. Mix thoroughly and add the fruit (if using frozen fruit, it must be thawed beforehand). Mix using an immersion blender. Allow to rest for 20
-30 minutes. After whisking, it is advisable not to blast chill the ice-cream or leave it in the blast chiller for a long time.
