Prodotti Stella has been known for the outstanding quality of the products that it provides for gelato and pastry makers. Wild berries veg is the semifinished product that comes in powder, characterized by its content of blueberries, whole red and black currants, raspberries and blackberries in pieces.  It guarantees gelato with excellent preservation over time. 450-500 g per litre of water. Gelato can be customised by substituting a quantity of water (ex. 10/20 g per litre) with lemon juice, so as to enhance the tangy note, as well as by adding fresh or frozen wild berries (for instance 100-150 g per litre) to substitute the same quantity of water.
