Description

The Trapani rock Salt is a very high-quality salt produced exclusively in the Trapani and Marsala saltworks. An entirely natural product, Trapani salt is produced without additives, bleaches or preservatives. It is exceptionally pure, rich in magnesium, extremely soluble and therefore highly sought after and widely used in the canning industry. 
  • Trapani rock salt is particularly rich in flavour and is able to give a touch to your food production.
  • Whole salt, hand-harvested, untreated, unwashed and naturally evaporated
