Description

Unagi Eel Roasted is a premium freshwater eel known for its rich, fatty flavour, making it perfect for grilling. The most popular preparation is kabayaki, where the eel fillets are grilled and basted in a savoury sweet sauce.

Eel, water, soy sauce (fermented soybeans, fermented wheat, salt, water), glucose syrup, less than 2% of sugar, caramel (colour), annatto (colour), modified food starch, xantham gum, water, glutinous rice, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate.

Remove the vacuum-sealed packaging and thaw in the refrigerator before cooking. Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the centre is soft (depending on the fillet size). Serve immediately.

Broiled Eel often contains small bones, but rest assured, they are harmless and completely safe to eat.
