Strawberries veg is ready to use a semi-finished product that comes in powder, characterized by its content of diced strawberries.  It ensures gelato with excellent preservation over time. Gelato can be customized by substituting a quantity of water (for ex. 10/20 g per litre) with lemon juice, to enhance the sourish note and by adding fresh or frozen strawberries (for ex. 100-150 g per litre) to substitute the same quantity of water.
