Sugar, glucose syrup, refined vegetable fats (coconut), dextrose, freeze-dried pear, vegetal fibre (oligofructose), stabilizers: E464, E417; modified starch, flavours, emulsifiers: E472b, E477; acidifier: citric acid; vegetal proteins (soya), safflower extract, colour: plain caramel.
The product, stored in the original sealed container, in a cool and dry place, will keep its original features unchanged for at least 24 months from
the production date. The "best before" term is printed on each package.
450-500 g per litre of water. Cold processing. We suggest letting the mix rest for at least 30 minutes or using warm water. We suggest not to whisk the mix with a mixer to obtain a gelato richer in fruit fibres. Gelato can be customised by substituting a quantity of water (ex. 10/20 g per litre) with lemon juice, so as to enhance the tangy note, or with fresh whisked pear (ex. 100-150 g per litre) to substitute the same quantity of water.
