Harvested from the Latin species Helix Pomatia Linne, these snails are rare and considered the most noble and expensive. Each pack contains 6 dozen (72 pieces with a drained weight of 450 grams) of tender snail flesh, ready to be filled into shells with a delectable butter garlic sauce and heated in the oven for a gourmet experience.

Molluscs
Cooked snail meat Helix Pomatia Linné (Molluscs - EU origin), water, salt, aromatic plants, spices.
Keep the tin in a dry and cool place. Consume quickly after opening.
Drain and place each snail in one shell. Cover with seasoned butter. Put the prepared snails into preheated oven (180°C). Serve hot when butter begins to simmer.
