Keep it in a cool and dry place
375 grams per liter of skimmed milk. The product can be used both in the soft machine and in the batch freezer. It is recommended to use 1 bag
with 4 liters of skimmed milk. For an even fuller taste, replace one part of the skimmed milk with fresh skyr (for example 3.5 liters of skimmed
milk, 500 g of fresh skyr and 1 bag).
