Our Frozen Purple Shrimp (Aristeus antennatus) from the Mediterranean Sea are peeled, deveined, and ready to use. Purple prawn (Aristeus antennatus), E221 sodium sulphite, E222 sodium bisulphite; additives: E331 sodium citrate, E330 citric acid, E450 disodium diphosphate, E1520 propylene glycol, E586 hexylresorcinol, E300 ascorbic acid. May contain traces of fish and molluscs.
To thaw, place them in a colander in the sink and run cold water over them until defrosted. Alternatively, place them in the refrigerator overnight.
