Casilo's re-milled durum wheat semolina is obtained from a mixture of the best & protein-rich durum wheat. A fine grain size is obtained, thanks to the double grinding of the wheat, accompanied by a unique taste that is attributed to the unmistakable scent and colour of durum wheat.

  • Rimacinata means re-milled and this process gives us a fine grain size.
  • Ideal for bread, pizza and focaccia.
  • Also perfect for "Spolvero" to avoid the pizza sticking to the table during the preparation.
