Description
The prime quality pitted taggiasche olives are picked, put in a jar and preserved in extra virgin olive oil to create a product which is a combination of the rich flavour of the olive with the sweetness of the condiment. Characterized by a mild flavour, they are mainly tasted raw, in salads and appetizers.
- Perfect to garnish bruschetta and can be added to meat and fish dishes during baking to enhance the flavour of these dishes.
- Pitted black olives in extra virgin olive oil have a sweet flavour, ideal for appetizers but also as pizza or pasta topping.
- 100% made in Italy, in water and salt fermented and conserved into extra virgin olive oil.
