Focaccia, tracing its roots to the Roman tradition of "panis focacius" or "hearth bread," dates back to ancient times as a coal-baked flatbread. With a pizza dough-like texture, this delightful creation is generously baked with olive oil, resulting in a crisp edge and a thickness of 3cm.

Soft wheat flour type 0, water, wheat flour type 2 stone ground, extra virgin olive oil, Durum wheat semolina, dried sourdough (contains wheat), salt, yeast. May contain milk, soy, sesame, eggs and mustard.
Store at -18°C.
Thaw the focaccia in the chiller for 24 hours. The shelf life is 3 days post-thawing. Do not refreeze after thawing.
To prepare, bake at 260°C, adjusting the timing to suit the oven characteristics, typically around 4-7 minutes.
