Wheat flour, sultana raisin 21%, fresh eggs, sugar, butter (milk), natural sourdough yeast 5% (wheat flour, water, yeast), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids from vegetable origins, glucose-fructose syrup, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavours. The cake may contain parts of the fruit, such as seeds and petiole. May contain gluten, nuts, soya and mustard.
