Wheat flour, Italian fresh eggs 17%, sultana raisin 15,5%, sugar, butter (milk), Italian candied orange peel 9,5% [orange peel 55% (5,2% on the finished product), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, natural flavours, acidity regulator: citric acid], natural sourdough yeast 5% (wheat flour, water, yeast), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids from vegetable origins, glucose-fructose syrup, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavours. The cake may contain parts of fruits, such as seeds and petiole. Also, it may contain cereals (gluten), nuts, soya and mustard.
